Shipping

We will ship your order as quickly as possible, usually withing 48 hours. We will use the fastest and safest methods possible.

Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or issue a refund if preferred.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
